The device is equipped with splash-proof, dust-proof, and explosion-proof functions. Its explosion-proof performance has been tested and certified by a national designated explosion-proof product testing center, and it has obtained a national explosion-proof qualification certificate. The CA228 can be connected to a host (such as the CA2100D) and features RS485 signal electrical isolation to ensure safer communication. The detector samples values by controlling voltage output to regulate a standard 4-20mA current signal, or it can convert this into an RS485 digital signal via a serial port for display on the host. In addition to detecting ozone, the product can be customized to detect hundreds of gases according to customer needs, such as oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, chlorine, ammonia, and more. An audible and visual alarm function can also be customized. When the gas concentration reaches a set value, the device emits an alarm sound of at least 70 decibels, facilitating quick user response and handling.
