CAATM DN15 Industry Gas Emergency Shut off Electromagnetic Solenoid Valve
Product description
This component is mainly composed of upper valve housing, lower valve housing, ejector pin, iron core, large spring, coil and tie rod. There is an eccentric groove in the center of the tie rod, and a rubber pad is fixed at the lower end. The tie rod is equipped with a large spring, which is adjusted by a coil and ejector pin. The top pin fits into the groove in the tie rod, holding the valve in the open position.
When current flows through the coil, a magnetic force is created that pulls the ejector pin out of the groove, causing the spring to release the lever, which subsequently closes the valve. The system can be reset by manually pulling the lever. This product differs from traditional globe valves because of its compact design and reliable performance. It is designed to prevent the problem of accidental switching off and then on again, thus ensuring the safe operation of gas appliances.
These valves can be integrated with controller series (such as the CA2100X Series) and detector series (such as the CA228X Series) to create a comprehensive safety system. This integration enhances the overall functionality and reliability of gas management, providing users with an additional layer of safety and security.
